To the traditional Bolo Rei dough, we’ve added the nuts and dried fruit characteristic of Bolo Rainha and a delicious Medronho fruit filling. This innovative product is kneaded and fermented traditionally for several hours, then baked in a stone ballast oven and decorated with Medronhos, our company’s king fruit.
